For a few years now (4-5) I’ve noticed my heart rate is irregularity fast when resting. I can physically see my heart beating through my shirt. My heart would hurt, bad enough to make me bend over, when i laughed too hard or took too deep of a breath. It’s stayed that way and still is. A few months ago it got worse. I will randomly feel a sharp pain in my left chest heart area multiple times a day. It is really bad when I lay down, especially if I lay on my left side. It’s a sharp pain that doesn’t leave and sometimes I get a sudden shortness of breath for a second. I told my mom and she said I just have too much caffeine. I tried lessening how much caffeine I have and nothing had changed. What’s wrong with me?
