last night my dog was having a what I would consider an extreme nightmare (he was shaking, growling, yipeing at times, sleep running) should you wake a dog up when its having a dream like that? Normally id let him sleep it out but his breathing became labored at times from how much he was run/shaking.

I alternate different moves every other day so I don't keep doing the same workout, but is this good enough workout to lose that last bit of chub and get toned?

is this a good enough workout to tone?

50 lunges, 50 front kicks per leg, 50 (I don't know technical name its kicking your knee to chest and while you lower your arms downward past knee) per side, 50 donkey kicks per side, 50 side crunches per side, 30 kick squats per side, 30 push ups, 200 jumping jacks. ..is this enough? (Note I keep my sugars low too and try to eat high protein diets)

I have these bumps that keep coming and going on my feet. They range in size, for example they are very tiny right now (and they do go all the way away on occasion) and when they get bigger they sometimes get a reddish hue and pain comes very easy if something hits my foot. Only on the tops of my feet (and toes). Looks horrid to most people I'm sure, generally ranges about 8 to 25 bumps a foot when I get them (which is more often than not)

Any ideas on what it is????

(Just bought a dehydrator book but sadly doesn't contain that info) .. what's the lifespan on canned foods past the best by date, if expire at all? & foods you know about with no expiration date (example honey)?

What canned, dried etc foods have the longest shelf lives? Going through cans at the store with an expiration date following in two years and figure there has to be foods that last longer? ..does honey expire?
