I'm not sure whats wrong with me but its really making me nervous, I'm constantly lightheaded and a little dizzy, maybe a little blurred vision. But I do notice that it gets better when I'm at work. Last week I was having chest pains along with being lightheaded, so I went to the E.R. After they told me that there was nothing wrong with my heart, the chest pains went away but I've still been lightheaded. When I'm at work,, I barely notice it because I'm always talking to people, and focused on work. I notice it most when I'm at home, or driving. It feels like I'm dreaming sometimes. I've been kind of depressed lately, and the doctor at the E.R. said that anxiety may have caused the chest pains. But if it were anxiety or depression would it still be going on for this long?

I'm 20 years old, Ive been smoking cigarettes for 2-3 years and I'm morbidly obese.

In the past six months ive been to the ER 3 times for what I thought were heart attack symptoms. The last trip being about a month and a half ago. But the symptoms that I had for the last trip have since gone away. But the last time I went to the ER they said that I was fine, and there was nothing wrong with my heart that they could see.

Now fast forward to now. For the past 3 days I've had pretty bad shoulder and back pains that sometimes come and go. And slight tingling in my left fingertips. Sometimes i have a more rapid heartbeat than usual but nothing outrageous. I'm not sure if its stress or anxiety, or if its actual heart attack symptoms but for the past 2 days i've also had a slight slight discomfort in my chest that also comes and goes. Honestly I'm not looking for anyone to give me a pep talk on losing weight or to quit smoking, I'm not dumb. I just want to know if there's anything else that it could be.

I recently heard this song, and as cheesy as it sounds, it made me feel incredible. I'm not going to bore you with details, but I am in dire need of a major lifestyle change, and I personally believe music can make you feel things you never have before. Again I know this sounds incredibly corny and cheesy, but I was thinking, if this songs makes me feel this way, then maybe there are tons of others out there that can give me the motivation to do things that I've virtually rendered impossible. So if you don't mind spending the time, to not only read this long *** Yahoo Question, but to also listen to the song and if you feel like you know anything that can motivate me like this song does, then go ahead and send me you're feedback.
