  • Why does Yahoo Answers spam me daily with broken links?

I am interested in a low traffic category, that gets maybe one or two questions asked per month. So naturally, I set up email notifications and a saved search that looks for open questions in that category... My configuration:

    Send me an Email when:

There are new questions for My Saved Search (We will send you an email once a day with the first three matches)

Name Your Saved Search: world editor

    Keywords: world editor

    Exact Phrase: world editor

    Don't include words:

    Keyword Match in: All

    Question Status: Open

    Num. of Answers: Any

    Category: All

    Location: All

    Date Submitted: Any

Yet I get three new hits each day, all of them fake. Fake, as in questions that were already answered. The email:

    >There are new questions which match your saved searches!

When I click links in the email, I get:

    >Oops, something went wrong

    >We are sorry, the URL you have entered cannot be displayed probably because:

    >

    >The system is busy now. Please click on "Reload" button or try later.

    >The URL you entered is incorrect. Please check the URL you have entered.

    >This URL does not exist any longer. Please click on other URLs

    >Thanks for visiting Yahoo Answers

This spam is frustrating. How will I know if a real question is posted?
