I want to buy a used Total Gym, but had no idea how many different models are out there. I found one today for $100. It says it comes with attachments. Do you know what I should look for when inspecting this machine? I don't have any idea what attachments come with it or what attachments are required to maximize machine usage.

I experience a few moments of shaking/trembling immediately upon waking. This can be after a full night's sleep or after dozing for a few minutes. Thanks!

Want to build a wood frame insulated structure for storage and a well house. The size will be approximately 12x14. Should I use brackets with screws or get a nail gun and use nails? Does it matter? Any suggestions for keeping varmints out?

Three males, one female, all business managers. Food gifts? Gift cards (seem thoughtless)? Approximately $50 each. We work for a state supported university, so bonuses and raises are not an option. I really don't want to do the personalized pens and pencils type gifts. I've worn out the Things Remembered catalog and just don't want to go there.

The other three walls in each room are white. I want all four walls in each room to be a light neutral color such as khaki or a light taupe. Just concerned that the paint won't stick to the colored walls. It's feels very slick.
