I recently started working graveyards for this pest control company . The job it self is not hard , its just the graveyard shift that kills me , also i work alone all through the night . lately I been feeling really down and depressed and not my self , it seems the worst when i wake up in morning , sometimes i just want to go back sleep and when i do i sleep for like 10 hour to 11 hours . Also my sex drive just does not seem the same no more and am a young guy i know i am not loosing it yet.

Well i was seeing if anybody else had this problem working graveyards, and does it go away after a while or do you just feel real moody the whole time your working graveyards?

Acne was really no problem before for me , ya maybe i got occasional breakouts here and there but nothing that would stick around for long .Now that am 20 years ago old am starting to get alot acne Starting in a couple months ago like 4 months ago, i started breaking out real bad , and it seems to not want to go away , after some time i went to dermatoligist and he prescribed me some pills and some epiduo , the epiduo helped my acne on forehead and temple and chin, but my acne on cheeks just wont go away, and its mainly cyst acne. I stopped using epiduo because i felt like it was irratating my skin and not helping the cyst acne, the dermatologist also recommend i use ceta phil moisturizer but it seeemed to dry out my skin even more , its really irratating because before i didnt have to do nething like take pills or moisturize because my skin was good, now all of sudden acne hits me in my 20's please help any suggestions. Ive been looking for what might be causing it but i have no clue, some say lifestyle changes only change i have i guess would be becoming a manager at the local mcdonalds,. besides that i eat healthy through out the week and go to the gym at least 4 days a week. ps : its winter time over here could that have anything to do with it , cuz summer my skin was so clear :(

well i started lifting weights couple months , like four to be exact , well ive been recently looking into joining kickboxing or boxing , but i was told that weights and boxing doesn't go together, so i was wondering is this true? Its not like am trying to get huge lifting weights am just going for that lean look, if that makes sense. thxs

Hi, well I started working out to increase my muscularity, before summer comes , everything is going good so far, am getting stronger but it seems like am starting to gain belly fat under stomach , is there a way i can gain muscle , while maintain my fat , .. Am thinking of starting to ride a bike or skateboard to work , will that help? my diet is pretty healthy by the way, I eat cereal for breakfast, and then usually chunky s soup for lunch, and dinner what ever family makes , such as spaghetti , turkey burgers,chicken and white rice.

I workout 5 days a week , am 5'10 185,,,, only supplement that am taking is "muscle milk"

monday- chest

tuesday - legs

wednesday - back &shoulders

thursday- cardio or rest

friday - Bi's and Tri's

saturday - rest

sunday - rest

Hi , I have a chevy 2001 impala , for last 3 months my car has its moments where it wont want to turn on, usually it takes multiple tries, it didnt bug me back then because it only did it once in while, now it seems like its getting worse , sometimes itll start no problem , and other days it takes multiple tries, when i try turning the key ,nuting happens at all , not even a click , i gotta keep turning key back in forth till i finally get the clicking den it starts , plus after dat when it does start seems like blinkers wont work for a while... any ideas??? please?? need da help!

i have a orientation today at mcdonalds, then the manger said after that i just have to wait for my uniform's to come in?? i want to start already though, how long does it take for the uniform's to come in.

Well i had a interview at mcdonalds on thurday now its sunday.... how long should it be for a call back?? plus... I think the interview went real well and he said i did better then the person before.... I think i did real good in the interview... but yah how long should i wait?? should i go check back in and see whats going on? i really want the job.

i was wondering if a felony differed entry would stop me from becoming a cop even if its when am a jeuvinile. they said that if i would ple guilty, and if i dont mess on probation they wouldnt put it on my record at all.

so i dont kno if that counts as a felony convition or what? would i be able to join a police department or become a parole officer or even a probation officer?
