  • Can you open carry a handgun on a motorcycle without a permit in Alabama?

    Alabama does not require a permit to openly wear a handgun but currently a handgun in a motor vehicle is considered concealed.

    I am looking for information that would confirm the open carry of a handgun on a motorcycle is considered concealed or open carry.

    I am also wanting to know if a gun in a holster mounted on a motorcycle is legal and if it is considered open carry as long as one is seated on the motorcycle and if one could transfer gun from mounted position to wearing legally.
