I have the 2.4L. 4t45e transmission that recently had shift solenoid codes, cool. So bought 2 shift solenoids (for 1-2 and 3-4), pcs, and a tcc solenoid. Shift solenoids were melted as expected and tcc was brittle and broke off the solenoid. Gravy, everything went smooth. Looked online to see if anything extra needed to be done and saw the trans adaptive stategies needed to be cleared if internal repair was done. Reset, cool. Put abt 3 qts of dexron4, and off for the test drive. Immediately drive feels super sluggish on take off. Wnt even coast with my foot off the brake pedal. But reverse works normally great. Raod test and would shift ok 1-2 (i think) but after a certain rpm. They would shoot up so i would downshift. (Automatic) is there anyway i could have gotten the shift solenoid connectors confised for some odd reason? Or should i be shopping for a new trans?

Passengers rear camber is -2.6. Did the adjustments and could only go -2.2. Bought alignment shims for +1.00 degree, which is a cut to fit disc. Put everything back together but now the wheel wont go on right and it drags real bad. Need to get this fixed cuz its wearing my tires.

I used to feel some one sit on my bed when I was a teenager after my father passed away often 13-17. This time I am 21 and My husband Had left and almost as soon as I Heard the door lock I felt some one sit down on the bed next to me I was surprised because I hadn`t felt that in years! So I punched the air LOL I was scared and shocked so I punched around and said get outta here. And after a few minutes went to sleep. Has any one ever felt that before?

i have a 02 pontiac grand am. so this is how i changed my fuel filter, relieved fuel pressure from the regulator with screwdriver. jacked up the car, removed the plastic retainer thingy, then took off there filter with 2 wrenches, gas spilled out. (hopefully thats normal) then i put everything thing back together and tightened the nuts. then i went inside my car and turned on the engine to make sure i put it in right. checked for leaks and none....so i went inside and washed up and a few hrs later i was going somewhere and went inside my car it smelled like gas....i cleaned inside wiped and vacuumed. but it seems like the only time it smelled was when i turned on the AC and even then whn put my face into the vents to smell i wouldnt smell anything of the ordinary....plz help this smell is frustrating me!

i have a 2002 pontiac grand am with a 2.2 ecotec 4 cyl engine. i took out the cartridge oil filter and put in the new one with the new O-ring. but when i put in the new filter it was loose and would come off with a little pull. is that normal and will it stay in place when i put it back into the housing or what is the proper way to put it in.

i recently lost the bolt that mounts my bracket to the spindle so i went to the junkyard and got it replaced (i took 3 bolts jst in case). WELL! an hour later i was driving on a highway it came off so parked somewhere and put in a 2nd bolt and tightened it good.... few days later that one came off too. can anyone tell me whats wrong? its a somewhat new bracket and still has its threads..

last night when i was watching tv then i took a deep breath, my chest started hurting when i was about to exhale. i instantly started feeling sick, my body got sore a bit later, now i have a bit of a fever, and i can only take short inhale and exhales.. does anyone know what it is? my pain was like under the middle of my chest between my stomach and ribcage thank you.

Well my daughters birthday is coming up soon & I am trying to throw her a birthday Party it will be her first & I am so happy that we are in a good position to afford a small to medium party for our family & friends, But no one seems to really be as excited as We are my husband & I. But my main concern is that my mom will not bother to talk about "the issue" & only has to say I think that's dumb She wont even remember it! I was shocked that her own grandma would say that. My mom & I have a very rough relationship but we dont argue or any thing her excuse it that you kids never remembered the birthday parties I threw you guys. And that she feels it is a waste of time and money & will not even volunteer to help out with decorating, & my husbands mom is no better, she wants to not help out but invite the whole neighborhood. DID I MISS SOME THING??? why are my daughters grandmas acting in this manner. Did I do something wrong? & for that matter none of her aunts seem to give a care but we have perfect attendance at the birthday parties we are invited gift in hand. My husband thinks its because I ask family members for no party gifts or money Im not sure if that is offensive.

I have a 98 oldsmobile intrigue. Stock radio was taken out a while ago so all there is are wire hanging out. I don't know what I need, a wire connector or wire harness. Honestly don't know what's what. Also need to know how to use the wire connector/harness.and what goes to what
