He has two children who live with the ex-wife in California. He has been involved with the woman he wants to marry for the past 10 years (the kids are aged 10 and 11). He has lived with this woman for 9 years and she was with him through out the divorce process as well, she owns a business, he does not work, but is hiding the fact that he works for her because he is always late on his child support, and is currently 6 months behind. This man now, out of the blue asked his ex-wife for 50/50 custody. Why is this? What rights does the ex-wife have? Will step mother have any rights?

I financed an apartment and my spouse came to visit me in another country and then stated that she was pregnant before she left me in Germany. The baby is born, and now I find out that she has had another man who is now in prison, living in the apartment. I have been sending her money every month, and her family is now upset because I need and want a divorce. We've been married just one year and a half.

I asked her not to place my name on the birth certificate until DNA results come back.

I feel so stupid because I should have listened to my parents and not got married so soon. I am now 22 years old, and I can't stand the girl now.
