  • Flash CS4: Access a scene from a button inside a Movie Clip Actionscript 2.0?

    First of all I'm just a beginner in Flash Scripts and stuffs.

    I am doing a flash project and I made a Movie Clip in the main menu scene where all the contents are inside it that when you click button in the main menu.

    Now I am making the videos part and I made buttons inside that Movie Clip that links into other Scenes that has the Videos I am supposed to show. I just wrote:

    on(release){

    gotoAndPlay("Video1",1);

    }

    That is I think supposed to go directly to the Video1 scene, but it don't work and keep on reloading my main menu.

    I hope someone can help me out.
