I work at a medical office and my manager and supervisor foresee another facility that I schedule appointments for. every time I make an honest and fixable mistake, my coworker at the other facility calls me to advise that she is going to tell my supervisor, then calls my supervisor to have me punished. My supervisor knows she likes to think she "runs" things and will talk to me about it before going to my manager, that way I have a chance to fix my mistakes. Well, somehow she found out that he's been lenient and is threatening to go to our manager about him being lenient. She torments me almost everyday about being my supervisor's favorite.

Our manager is on vacation and will be returning next week. I'm contemplating writing her an email about my coworkers behavior prior to them meeting. I'm just not sure if she'll believe me or think i'm just trying to cover myself?

Should I write the email and her behavior with me and hope for the best or just drop it assume my supervisor will have my back?

Okay so a couple months ago someone called my cousins home asking them if I could use them as a reference. When my cousin asked what for, they said it was a personal matter and that they weren't authorized to tell him. He said sure and gave his full name. But that was it, no address nor any other personal info.

He didn't tell me about it. This week he received junk mail in my name at his home. He called me and asked me about the reference info and why I gave his address. I told him that I didn't even know his address to begin with nor had I applied for anything that needed a reference. Even at that he and I hardly speak unless party invitations or family get together' s. We have each others numbers for those purposes also.

My question is; how do these fraud companies even get all this info and who do I report it to?

I don't mean to meddle in other people's business but when people come to me for help, I try my best to understand their point of view and help them out as best as I can.

Well my sister and her husband are having marital problems. It's all because after 18years my sister swears that her husband has never had a connection with their eldest son. I have to admit, he treats his eldest extremely different since he was born. He was never carrying him unless he had to, he would get (still gets) frustrated easily with him, and he doesn't have the patience to explain things to him, he chooses yelling. They have two other children ages 15 (boy) and 8 (girl) and they get treated like royalty compared to the oldest. He is the opposite with them and everyone in our family has noticed but kept mum as to not intrude in his parenting.

My sister came to me and said; "this is the only thing bothering me about him! My son and I have tried multiple times letting him know about our feelings and he says he does not know what we're talking about. He's a great man and father but my son has become so depressed these past couple of years because of it."

My brother in law came up to me recently and says: "you have to understand, I don't treat our oldest differently. He just doesn't listen. There's something not right and he's making me look like the bad guy. I try to help him with things and he always does it wrong. He's the problem."

My sister has countlessly tried to get family counseling but her husband refuses.

When they come to me, I only listen but now I want to give him my two cents. It's really bugging me but I don't want things to come out as playing favorites or questioning his parenting. He's usually open about things but becomes agitated when we talk about his eldest son. How should I approach him? How can I make him realize that he's the problem?

And please, no nonsense about my nephew not being his son, because they could basically be twins!

So my toddler constantly has a heat rash after every nap or when waking up in the morning... it's usually in the creases of her arms and legs where moisture traps... I try to have her sleep with just her sheets at night but she somehow always reaches for her blankets.

I don't like leaving my heater on because of the same reason of her rash getting worse.... I live in a humid area so I'm thinking that it's contributing to it because our home windows are humid each morning....

I'm getting worried because the rashes are intervening with potty training because she says the pull ups and undies make it even more itchy when pulled on or off.. I still use dreft for her clothes and a sensitive baby soap for her, so I know I can rule that out... I'm thinking about either buying a dehumidifier or an air purifier but not sure if it will help? Any suggestions?

okay, so i'm having a major issue with my hair. i went to the store looking for a dark auburn color (which i usually get) which is just a reddish-brown and i usually get revlon since its the cheapest. This time i went for more expensive, by influence of a family member and got a clairol natural instincts non-amonia creme colour in the same auburn color and to my expense it turned in to a purple-ish/wine dark colour which makes me look extremely pale. I already tried to see if i could pull it off and someone asked if i was going "emo" -_-

NO! so i want to try to go to a brown but nothing too dark, maybe a dark golden brown. Now this color i have in is very stubborn! Every time i wash my hair, color just keeps pouring out from the red. it's been about ten days! the color that does come out has gone from the dark red to a lighter pink. 2 days ago i tried an ash brown from revlon and waited the 20minutes and nothing! its was like it just stayed over. My thought is that I would've at least seen a little brown, but no! its still a purple wine color!

Two years ago, i went to my local salon and got peek-a-boo highlights in purple and it turned out to be a blue/purple ink pen color and since she used bleach, i went and used the oops! remover from sallys and it tuned in to a platinum blonde color. i went over it with a light golden brown which worked until it started to fade in to a highlighted blonde color... not bad because it did look nice. I'm just wondering if using the color oops on this dark of color will work? Please Help!

Okay, so earlier last year my sister asked me to be her maid of honor for her wedding. Now of course I expected the usual responsibilities a maid of honor has but she hasn't asked me for anything, has denied any offers to put in money for her wedding, and I have not had any opinion towards the wedding at all. I am her little sister and we are ten years apart... I don't have a lot of memories w/ her and I have only actually got to known her soon to be a month ago(they live in Vegas. And I in California). She prefers the presence of her friends and their opinions, so much that her wedding colors are red and yellow... I think of mcdonalds... She does come occasionally on vacation and says she wants to spend time w/ family but even though she comes for a week she'll see her "family" for a day and see her friends the rest of the week. Should I even give a speech at her wedding? She wants me to, but I hardly know her fiancée and as well I know less of my sister.... The wedding is two months from now... :\

So I won backastage passes to a concert on saturday and they told me to wait next to the backstage entrance and the Bands manager would meet me there between 7-8pm to give me the passes... Well that never happened and I xontacted the promoting Agency to tell them about the issue and they had no Idea that it happened. So the lady who helped me gave me the band managers phone# and direct email that they used to contact him and I sent him an email last night and havent gotten a response. Should I wait longer? Should and can I take legal action? I mean it was announced on theire website and FB page that I won and its still there. They do have twitter but im not sure if I should even bash them on twitter about the situation... HELP!

Will Color OOps get take out purple hair dye from natural ash brown hair? I know I have to add a filler and color it over but I want to know if it will take it out??

So, My Iphone was jailbroken with redsnow and I wanted to put it back to it's original settings. I restored it and it upgraded to the newest version. Well, While it did all that it suddenly turned off Came back on and got stuck at the start up screen where the apple logo is. I've already tried DFU mode and nothing is happening, it just keeps getting stuck at the start up logo. Can anyone help?

Yesterday my husband decided to restore his Itouch manually by pressing restore on the screen and not by connecting it to the computer. Now his itouch wont turn on, at all. The only thing that comes up on the screen is the apple and the "loading" symbol that turns clock wise. When i try to turn it off and on again it says it needs to be charged. I charged it and still that little apple comes on to the screen..... Please Help!!

Personally I think that is incorrect, when I did not request to leave but was evacuated (with others) out of the building. Shouldn't that be Paid leave?

on 6/3 I went to the doc's office to get my yearly routine PAP and I told her that I was trying to get pregnant and since I had missed my period, I thought I might be pregnant - well i kinda knew.

this is my 2nd pregnancy and their doing things differently. I remember with my first, I had a Pregnancy test (urine) at 2 months with a vaginal ultrasound, and then I started my prenatal appointments and at 4 months my ultrasound. My daughter was born normal weight and healthy.

This time, i had a vaginal ultrasound, she said it was too early but she did see the sac. Then she sent me to the lab to get a blood test and today she calls me and says My HCG levels are 2500 and that tomorrow I need another test and an ultrasound.

She says I might be 4-5 weeks. I'm not really concerned about a Molar pregnancy because I have never had a miscarriage but i am feeling worried because it's different now. My daughter is now 4 years old.

I guess it could be because I googled HCG 2500 and these things came up about twins, molar pregnancies, etc.... I'm not worried about twins, it will be a blessing.

should I be worried or excited? Or should I wait until Saturday to get my next results?

okay, so I don't know whats up with my computer but every time it starts up this box pops up that says it's trying to:

"Install Microsoft office enterprise."

Then it stop and says NMIndexStoreSvr.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close.

I read the info and it says :

and every time it pops up it takes so long to open a new window or even surf the web. I have to keep it on that window pop up that says it has encountered a problem so that I can use other programs or use my internet....

I know At&t has options but they said they'd charge me $60 a month plus whatever pay now(crazy)?
