She had worked for FD for just over 10 years. She has NOT been employed by them now for just over 5 months.. she has called FD corporate to inquire about her W2 form and they said they had no record of it or something to that nature. She called the IRS and they said they can t help her because they apparently don t have the necessary information to offer guidance. she really needs her W2 because we re really close to losing the house. Behind on a lot due to not having enough income. I suggested getting a hold of legal aide because of this. Her store is actually closed now and none of the other stores in the district have that info for her. She was the assistant manager there. She never received physical stubs due to having direct deposit. Any advice here? anyone have a similar situation?
