5 AnswersSingles & Dating4 years agoDoes anybody else have a significantly weaker grasp on weights with one hand? How do you prevent or get rid?
my one arm hurts way more and I can't lift the weight as well with one hand but can do it with the other. I also have a weird limited wrist movement n that hand too for instance I can't squeeze as tightly. and its only when I d the over head press and curl
2 AnswersDiet & Fitness4 years agoHow can I safely get back my ability to drink a few alcoholic drinks without getting drunk?
Ages ago I was really really good at holding my drink could t begin to feel a slight buzz after four drinks and eventually my best was six. Then after my cleansing for half the year (cold turkey from alcohol because I wanted to help this other friend get fit, we both were trying to get fit and healthy for the summer :P ) Now, for some strange strange reason whenever I have ONE drink, I begin to feel a buzz. This really bugs me to no end because I know ii can t have more than two and my mates can down like five and party forever. :S (they and I were heavy drinkers, now I m trying to a NORMAL drinker hahahah) any tips fellow drinkers? :)
4 AnswersBeer, Wine & Spirits4 years agowhat do you nutritionists and health people think of my diet?
meat
I'm aware of the processed meat problem so I try my best to avoid the sausages, anything fried. I eat meat thats organic and free range. and stay away from stuff thats covered in sauce like Indian curry (my favourite cuisine :C)
grain
and impressively if I cancel grains from my diet it cancels out all the goodies like cake and donuts and bread and pasta because it makes me bloated and fat around the middle (it goes away after a day of no wheat consumption if you can believe)
poultry
I eat it all, as long as its a clean or whole food, eggs chicken fish lean meat
dairy
I eat yoghurt and fruit but I tend not to as I get hungry after an hour so technically its a pointless meal because you eat the calories and get hungry in an hour wtf, now I want a hamburger.
fatty
nuts eggs and avocados I eat this plenty of times as I know fatty food (the healthy fat!) fills me up and I can last forever on it so I eat this food group lots of times
junk food
the occasionally good quality chocolate bar (I purposefully make it an expensive one so I dont get tempted to buy more. same goes for the alcoholic beverage, I'ms still working on that :F alcohol is my biggest vice, it was cheese originally
Veggies and fruit
I'm a picky eater with vegetables and I eat lots of the citrus fruit to compensate for it, (including the tomato which is a FRUIT!) I eat avocados and tomatoes and heaps of fruits like banana, passionfruit, kiwi, orange
4 AnswersDiet & Fitness4 years agoHave our social skills diminished thanks to the onset of Facebook and dating apps since Tinder?
I've heard countless great stories of how people (as teenagers in the 1960s-1980s) met new people and future spouses from parties their friends dragged them to and they socialised mostly at these parties (or dance if you're from Cape Town :P) and always had a long conga line of new people wanting to date them or be their friend but in today's society, we're all glued to our phone, a large number of men want to have a one night stand and the two genders never talk to each other and the party never happens / socialising with new people doesn't happen?
Do you agree or disagree? Oh please state your date of birth! its important to get your point of view/ perspective age wise
1 AnswerSingles & Dating4 years agoIm annoyed that my girlfriend refused to have any further contact with me when I said I wanted to talk about our relationship?

1 AnswerSingles & Dating4 years agoI don't know if I did the wrong or right thing. new relationship issue?
I'm so new to the dating world I may as well be still in my wrapping.
I was dating this girl for a few months and I told her I was having doubts about the relationship and wanted to talk it out with her. She replied saying she didn't really want to discuss the issues I was having and she totally understood that we should break up.
She hasn't spoken to me since (fair enough, usually break ups do that right?). and I didn't feel we has a good closure on the relationship, she didn't want to acknowledge any of the problems I was having with her (she always was going on about rock bands and I find them so boring and I'm just... I've told her I don't want to talk about rock bands (I agree with you, this does not warrant a break up, but the following does) when we first began dating my mates told me we not to worry if I don't suddenly feel in love with her, the problem was she was way more into me than I was and I just felt hurried and now six months in, I was still waiting to be romantically attracted to her all of my friends insisted that it was going to happen soon, but six months... I was starting to think it wasn't going to happen) In hindsight I'm glad we broke up because I wasn't in love with her. I feel a bit hurt that she dropped me like a hot potato, the second I said I had doubts about us she stopped talking to me and left. I don't know. did I do the right thing, guys? I'm so new to the whole dating world I truly don't know what to do or think.
