I just bought a DLink 2750u router from flipkart.It have a DSL cable input but my ISP provides me a RJ 45 cable connection.So is there any way to connect RJ 45 to my router and to use the wireless internet.

I have a 4500 sq ft independent house in a prime locality which was built in 1985.If I renovate it then I cannot do it completely in a new way as it will require atleast 1Cr but I cannot afford that much. So, I was wandering whether should I sell it and buy 3-4 flats with that money or leave it and give it on rent as I cannot stay there as I will be doing job far away from that.

Does the price of plot increases more rapidly or it increases equivalently as compared to flats.Both being in prime locations.
