  • I own a Ruger .22 caliber single six revolver 1958-1959?

The serial number is 96983 (about 1958-1959?). The barrel is 4inches 5/8 long, 'roundgate' construction , RX3 grips in textured black, 3 screws... I am 50 and have owned since I was20?..I don't shoot much so it might have been used twice in that time frame. It isn't new...it does have few dinks and scratches from use prior to me acquiring it. It came in a Ruger box that is black on one end, yellow body, red laurels around the black eagle emblem. I don't know if the box is 'original' but that is what I received it in. It seems that the barrel length is uncommon from the research I have done (at gunblast.com). Anyone want to venture a guess at the fair market value?
