Spider identification?
This ****** got my dog. There is no noticeable wound yet (happened 10 minutes ago as of me writing this.), however, I'll will continue to monitor the situation with care and watch for signs that may need attention by the vet. Meanwhile, I figure identifying the spider is a step in the right direction. I have a picture of a second spider that will be in a separate post. I'm not sure which got him as they were both candidates. Answer with an external link to an info/identification site receives best answer! ;) thanks in advance for your help.

That wasn't there last week, and another one like it popped up on my back last week too. It's not round, and the center is darker than the rest. Does it look funny to any one with dermatologist-like knowledge? Thank you in advance for your help.
P.S. that is the side of my toe. One over from my big toe, on the big toe side. Left foot.
