Hello! My daughter whom is 3yrs old was the beneficiary on my older sister life insurance. My sister passed away january(rip) and the only way i can receive the checks and put them in an account so they make interest until she is 18 i need to become the guardian of her estate. I read a lot abput the process but i would like it to be explained in detail. Do i have to print out the petition and then take it to the court? Where do i find the petition? I live in Pennsylvania. All help is welcomed!

Hey im 21 years old with a 2yr old daughter. Me and my boyfriend are moving friday 1st! We were approved and we paid a total of $160 well we still owe $430 before we can move in. I have tried to call every place i know and noone can help! It seems like the people who are using the goverment get more help. IM 38 weeks and 2 days pregnant. at my 36 week appt they measured and said i was measuring big so i was sent to get a n ultrasound to make sure the baby wasnt to big and everthing came back good. the baby was weighing about 7 lb give or take a lb. Im now 38 weeks and at my 37 weeks appt he said i measured for 43 weeks. i've gained about 50lbs and if you saw me you wouldnt think so casue i've gained weight only in my belly..its so huge...the fact that i measure big and i am big does that mean i may go early? i've been having contractions for the last todays just about 3 and then they go away or never get close enough together..i knw my info is scattered but please try to help...thanks

my doctor measured me and then he had a very werid look on his face...he said i measured really big and he wanted to remeasure just to make sure he wasnt mistaking..he did and he said i mesured 3 weeks ahead..im only 36weeks.he told me he wanted me to get ultrasound to make sure everything was fine no extra water and the baby isnt to big..is there a chance i could go early and if the bbay is to big will they enduce me or give me c section..this is my first baby and im ony 18 need sum help..thankz

Before getting pregnant i was 141lbs. Now im 180lbs. most people say you cant even tell im pregnant from behind adn My doctor said its nothing to worry about its mostly water weight. Which is fine with me but i feel like im Just not going to mae it til june 6th. Everyone i come into contact with tells me they don't think im going to last because i am so big..its all belly... im just wondering does anyone understand what im going threw and if You experienced it also. and d=if u did carry bug did you go into labor before your due date. thanks all

well me and my boyf for the last 7 mths have been haven sex unprotected most the time. but around the time i know my egg will be released we use protection or he jjus dnt *** in(which i knw isnt 100% a good idea) well we had sex about 1 mth ago or mayb 3 weeks ago im sure it wasnt around the time i released but to be honest im not positive and now my period is either late or im prego. i dnt knwo i have pimples my **** are kinda sore im moody and all the otha things but as we all know both period and prego symptoms are the same so i dnt knw wat to think. i also have discharge which i have all the time but idk if it has anything to do wit me being prego. and i know when u change schedule that can somwe how messed up ur period and stress can also so idk mayb im late or pregio. wat u guys think?

ok so about 7 at the most 10 days after my period went off my boyfriend and i had sex. he did pull out but i know i could still get prego from pre-***. my next period should be around april 10th or so. what are the chances do you think im prego?
