And "덩싸네" what does it mean in english? Google translate just doesnt work

I am starting to learn korean this summer by myself, what are some tips for me to memorize the vocabulary easily? I always forget it easily and I don't know any korean around me so this is gonna be hard but I believe that nothing is impossible haha. And also I'm learning it via internet so do you guys know any good website that are free or should i definitely buy a book because everything is on the internet now so I didn't bother spending any money.

And also is it too late to be fluent in korean? I'm already 15 years old :/

Im looking for a drama that doesnt have a common story and something new because im getting tired of that moment when you watch a scene and you know whats gonna happen next so if you have any suggestion and i prefer those dramas that doesnt include joseon era because Ive watched too much of that ^^

It could be japanese or any asian dramas tooo
