Just wanted to make sure you can still buy an AT&T phone from ebay and take the sim card from your existing AT&T phone on the next plan (that is fully paid off) and put the sim card in the used ebay phone. This probably sounds dumb but I've had an AT&T employee tell me you can't do that anymore.
