OK so I've got my cartilage piercing 5 weeks ago and about 2 weeks after i found some kind of small bump just near the piercing at the front at first i thought it was just normal for it to be there but im kinda worried now that I still have it. But, I don't really know if its a keloid or just a bump it hurts when I clean my ears but then sometimes it doesn't its weird . By the way I clean my ears 2 times a day with 2EEZ soothing spray that my piercer gave me. At the back of piercing I've got this red, well i think its some kind of crust thing and i tried to clean it with warm water but its still there.

Ok so last week I started Dancing and I do it for 45-60 mins a day and I sweat quiet a lot. I only eat 2 meals a day. Breakfast, I usually have eggs, cereal.. and I eat dinner. I also drink a lot of water now a days? Would this kinda diet helps me with losing weight?

I'm 57 kg by the way and I'm not sure about my height but I'm quiet short for my age i think around 147 ish??

Im from the philippines but is living in australia and my skin is kinda dark, well it's kinda tan i think because this year i played lots of sport and i want my skin back to what it was, which is fairer than my colour right now. So I was wondering If I should use Nivea whitening face cream and Nivea whitening body lotion, I've searched about this things and they say that Olay seems better for the face but Nivea is also great for the body so I dont know If i should use both or just Nivea?

I haven't really used Olay and for Nivea I only used the cleansing cream which is good... But I'm really confused.

Right now I'm in Philippines and they have all this whitening creams. So there really are so many to choose from but I dont know which one to use for my face and body.

right now I'm on holidays in the Philippines and I was just thinking i'll just get the product here and bring it overseas.
