  • Ovarian cyst or something worse? Bloating, pelvic pain, back pain, fullness. Very worried and anxious?

I have had an ovarian cyst in the past diagnosed with an ultrasound and went away on its own. I am having a similar pain now, but different.

I have has some pelvic pain on the left side for a few weeks, since Thanksgiving. It started with bad bloating, especially after eating. Then began the pelvic pain, which is like a pressure on the left side where the ovary is. Like a dull ache most of the time. But when I get up, walk, move about, have intercourse, it is painful and can feel like a sharper pain.

My lower back is aching, especially on the left side, I am so tired, it feeling like any amount of food or drink I eat makes me bloat, and my pelvic region just feels so heavy and full. I have to pee frequently, although that is rather common for me because I drink a ton of water. I have had some watery discharge too. Discharge is a daily occurrence for me, but it is never watery. Going to the bathroom can feel uncomfortable as well sometimes. I think my pain with the other cyst was similar, but that was over 4 years ago so it is hard to remember.

Anyway, this is making me so stressed and anxious. I am so worried that something may be seriously wrong with me, like the big scary "C" word - ovarian cancer or something else like like.

I am 25 years old, healthy with no other serious issues, and there is no history of cancer on either my mom or dad's side at all. Is this even something I should be worried about, it is this just a cyst aggravated by severe stress and anxiety?
