Car has problems starting.?
I have a 2001 RAV4 manual transmission. The car has not had any engine parts replaced and has about 76k miles.
Lately, starting the vehicle, after turning the key, it takes a little while before the engine actually starts. You can hear it actually try to turn, but it doesn't. It now takes much longer at keeping the key turned before the engine actually starts. Lights, radio, everything else that uses the battery runs fine. Anyone have any ideas as to what the problem could be, or what I could check?
