im a 20 yr old trying to get a used car for for about 14,000 but the loan is for 18% interest rate. I know that is WAY high but is this the average for a person with no credit history?

C. don't get me wrong hes a great player but he missed many easy opportunity's at goal. I think he can rise to become one if he continues improving at the speed he is. He still young though and no doubt a legend in the making but at the moment he isnt a world class striker IMO.

I want to believe we live in a world without racism but my family and i are Mexican people living in Texas. Our Neighbors hardcore rednecks (no offense to anyone) and we live in a town that, as long as we lived here, have seen nothing but prejudice towards us.

We are in the process of suing my neighbor for money that he scammed us out of. The court date is next Friday and he has been trying to intimidate us for a month since the court has been set. He has threatened to sue us for nonsense like having 2 trailers on OUR property and using his road which we helped maintain.

Today me and my family were outside having a BBQ and having a good time. its 1:00 AM in the morning and my neighbors sons pull up to our house. They walk out of their truck kind of puffed out trying to show their muscles. Keep in mind we don't know their sons. They ask us what we are doing and we were like hey man its best that you guys leave because we don't want to start anything. They get in my brother face and ask him what he is going to do about it. My brother doesn't back down and tells them to leave again. Now the both of them try to stare us down for a while before they decide to leave. We call the cops and the cop comes as says they cant do anything because there was no sign of aggression. So what did one of us have to been beat down in order for the cops to do anything about it? Im not sure if they didn't help us because we are Mexican or what but its not fair that we have to live in fear now since maybe after the court date they decide to take drastic measures.

any help or info will be appreciated.

well first of all we are suing him because we hired him as our electrician but it turns out he was pulling a scam by overpricing all of the materials by as much as 4 times the price. He had promised us that he was going to get best material but turns out it was all the cheap stuff. so we are suing him for the money back on what we payed him.

Now he is suing us for using the road that "belongs" to him but we recently payed him some money to help to get it fixed.

also he is suing us since we have 2 trailers on our land but we got permission from the landlord to have them both.

Any Help would be greatly appreciated.

well i was driving with my sister and a truck hit my side of the car as we were turning. so we both pulled over and the other driver said it was her fault. we exchanged insurance and all driver information and that was it.

when i got home my mother said i had to get the police involved...is this true or not? did i make a mistake by not contacting them?
