So about a year ago I started suffering from anxiety. I noticed that some of the most basic things in my everyday life have become more fearful than I would've liked to imagine. Normal stuff I wouldn't bat an eyelash at before has become fearful at the idea of passing out or something at the moment. I used to not be afraid of driving or going on airplanes etc... What gives? I have a flight tomorrow and I am worried I'll have a panic attack and won;t be able to do anything about it. Can someone give me some words of advice?

What kind of spider is this? I recently moved my room to my basement and I don t want to deal with these bugs. They re not poisonous are they?

I've thought about this a lot recently. Whenever I wrap my brain around something entirely so that I understand completely it's no longer interesting. Why is this? Think about it whenever you explore everything to completion doesn't it give you a feeling that there's nothing more to it? After you understand something it no longer seems magical because your curiosity for the subject ran out. There was no more questions to be asked about that subject because everything was understood. After that point, the subject at hand seems dull and boring to me. Why do I feel this way? Do other feel the same way as I do?

So I got a pichu that knows surf from Pokemon box ruby and sapphire. Would it be possible to migrate this to gen IV? I heard somewhere it's possible to trade event pokemon with hms. But would I have issues getting it to gen V?

So far I've only taken one Computer Science class where we were learning Python. While I have a good grasp on Python I wanted to start learning how to use Java because I know that's what we're going to be using in my next CS class. I wanted to get a step ahead and start learning java during my winter break in between semesters. I wanted to know what is the best book to start learning java with this in mind. I've heard good things about the book "first head java". Can someone give me a hand?

I get an error after calling the main function. Saying lst[i] = lst[j]

TypeError: list indices must be integers, not NoneType. How do I get this program to work?

I must have played it when I was around 5 or so maybe younger. So it was around 2001-2003 kind of era. The game was for a mac computer where you play as this guy that I think was named otto and you had to save people from getting abducted by aliens. The aliens looked like they were just brains with arms and legs.

I know how to factor things when the first term doesn t a have a coefficient but the fact that there s a 2 in front of it is really bugging me out. How do you factor something when there s a coefficient in front of the first term?

I am not really sure how exactly I am supposed to do this. I know you're supposed to count the white spaces inbetween words to be able to count the number of words, but how exactly do I go about that? This is the code I have so far:

I am literally taking the same class I took already. I took Calc AB my senior year of high school and I did really well in it. But I am now taking Calc I in college which is way pretty much the same class only taught faster. Why is it so much harder? The teacher is explaining the material in a VERY much different way than my highschool teacher did. We started learning derivatives by expanding the original function instead of learning the definition of the derivative first. Can someone tell me what I am maybe doing wrong?

I've noticed I've been drinking a heck of a lot of water these days. I run 3-4 miles a day for exercise but does that validate the use to drink 10+ water bottles a day? Why might I be doing this all of a sudden? My minifridge was full of water bottles this morning.... Now I only have 1.
