Physics centripetal motion?
A student swings a string with an object on the end around his head. It is calculated that one revolution is equal to .5545 seconds. The radius of the string is 1 meter. Therefore, the velocity is 11.331 m/s and a-centripetal is 128.398 m/s^2. Assuming the angle is 0 and it is completely straight, is it possible to find the mass of the object at the end of the string? If so, how?
