Ollie George...but would it be better calling him Oliver George even though we would never actually call him by the name oliver?

How's your pregnancy going? Sickness worn off? Big bump or barely there? Movement - what does it feel like? - Are you finding out the sex?

I have no sickness now! yay! only very tiny still (was tiny when i got pregnant), and feeling a hardness in my tummy that lasts 1/2 minutes at a time - normal? lol

On the form it just says 'Application for prescription charge exemption' but doesn't have anything about dental care?

Can anybody help as i am confused! Also, Do you need a doctor to sign/stamp the form? x

I'm 14 weeks 3 days now and have the tiniest little bump ever....really it just looks like i'm bloated all the time! I'm 5ft8 and 8 stone 10 so have a pretty slim figure....i'd have thought i'd have more of a bump by now? When did you guys get your baby bumps with your first pregnancy? and what sort of build were you??

Took a test a coupleof weeks ago and it was clearly negative...or so i think....i'm confused with which line is the controlline and which is the test line!!

Took another test this morn as still hadn't had my period and i don't think i peed on the stick enough at first as the urine didn't show up all the way across the stick...only half...there was one dark-ish line that came up on the left hand side (nearest where you pee). So thought it was negative, but now going back to it after about an hour both lines are there...i'm so confused...what does this mean?

Hi, i had my withdrawal bleed on 10th August...which lasted a lot longer than it usually does. Then took the first pill of a new pack, bf and i then decided to stop the pill and revert back to condoms as i've had unwanted side effects from it. ....i then bled a little from the 25th-28th, it wasn't a proper flow though.

I was just wondering whether this bleed was because i had taken the one pill and then stopped then OR whether it could have been my 'normal' non-pill period. I'm confused as to when my period should be coming now....

advice please?

I've been on the pill for about a year now and for the past few months i've been getting dull pains in both sides of my lower abdomen...like just above the pubic area. it happens about halfway through my pack and lasts until i have my pill break. :/ also this month the left side of my groin is painful too and my lower abdomen has been swelling a lot....could it be a bc side effect or something like cysts/fibroids??

For the past week and a half i have been getting really painful cramps in my legs, feet and hands...i haven't been doing anything different to what i normally do. Can this occur when you have an iron defiency?? As i've had one for 3/4 months now but my doctor hasn't said whether i'm anemic...she just said my levels were extremely low.

Any other reasons why this could be happening?

A month ago i had bloods done for back pain - showed i had low iron....so they tested for b12/folate, transferrin and ferritin...i'm awaiting the results of the last blood test before they can put me on any supplements.

Anyway ... my doctor never told me how low my iron level and haemaglobin was....so i'm not sure if i have really bad anemia or just slight anemia.

here are my symptoms:

-exhausted to the point where i feel like i can barely function

-Breathless - constantly

-dizzy/lightheaded

-Pale

-very VERY tearful

-very low mood

- and generally just feeling really unwell.

Can anybody tell me whether it seems like i have severe or moderate anemia based on my symptoms??

hi, i'm a 20 year old female currently doing a nursing degree. For the past month i have been feeling ever so low, i can cry for no reason at all...and have found myself doing this practically every day for the past month or so. I do have anemia/ b12 deficiency which may have an impact on this as i am always extremely exhausted, breathless a lot and having palpatations and generally just feeling unwell.

So...my question is...does this sound like mild depression or affects of iron deficiency? ....and how would you know if iron defiency is extremely low or just a little bit low going by symptoms? ...because my doctor didnt tell me how low my levels were....

After my 7 day break i've forgotten to start my new pack as have been extremely busy with work....will i have to wait a week after being back on the pill before i can have sex>?

I was just wondering why the makers of birth control pills take it so seriously? like taking your pill at the exact time every day.....you couldn't get pregnant from it could you?...it's just not possible...ur not just going to spontaneously ovulate if you take your pill over 12 hours late!! LOL

That brings me onto another question...how the hell do girls get preg on the pill? they must lie about taking it correctly.....

I'm 12 days late on my next period and can't stop being sick...can't keep any food down...sick after all meals...cant drink tea without throwing up! the only times i had unprotected sex was all of august...we used condoms in sept!

I usually worry about bein pregnant whenever i'm late and it turns out fine BUT for the last 2 nearly 3 weeks i've been being sick whenever i eat a proper meal. I was even sick after eating a pear last night :/ I also had mestrual cramps the week that i was supposed to come on which made me think it was my period but now they have completely gone?

I then missed like 1 pill once my period stopped and i started bleeding again for another four days (from the 9th sept til 14th sept.

I have a 28-31 day cycle and so i'm confused as to when i should have got my period...if i'm counting from the first 'normal' period then i'm a week late but if i'm counting from the second 'breakthrough' period then i'm only a couple of days late.

oh and after the second period i stopped my pills...

Can anyone shed some light?

I have no idea whats going on, i've been getting pains in my lower abdomen...kind of where your bowels are..it comes and goes. My doctor thought it may be due to constipation so prescribed me some disolvable laxatives. these did not affet the pain in any way. No i'm constantly being sick but it's small amounts very frequently and happens most at night time, i have no appetite at the moment and whatever i do eat i eventually end up throwing it back up! i also have heartburn and a very acidic feeling within my body...

does anybody have an idea what this sounds like? :/ thanks x

I missed two pills in a row about a week ago and had unprotected sex during that time...he DID *** in me. after the two days of missed pills i started getting medium flow brown discharge (sorry if tmi) ...i thought this was because i had missed the pills and not backed them up....since then i've carried on with my pills as normal but the brown discharge is still there and now im getting severe cramps in my lower abdomen fluctuating from side to side and sometime i have sharp pains, i also have a really bad back :( ...i dunno whats going on but its making me really uncomfortable and worried :( please help...
