  • What is the best way to tape a severely sprained ankle?

    I twisted my ankle two days ago and ended up in the ER. They took x rays and said its sprained. I have a once a year Physical exam tuesday. If i don't test I have to wait another year to try again for the department. The test is the Scott Firefighter challenge. How do i tape it so it will hold?
