i have a "friend" that ive known for 10 years. we used to be like best friends back in the day in elementary school and middle school. but he started to move away from me in high school and he became one of the "cool kids" and i was just that guy that no one really liked to talk to unless they wanted help on hw. so this guy says i am his best friend and that he loves me like a brother but i don't feel that love.it seems as if he only wants/needs me when he wants something for himself. he used to use me for homework in his freshman year(i am a year older than him), and in his sophomore year i said no im not doing your hw. he is very popular and all the girls talk to him even the seniors while he is a sophmore and no girls really liked to talk to me at school. anyway he is recently being a douchebag and making fun of me and "roasting" me. recently he got "pics" from this one girl and she sent it to him on email he wanted to show me so i let him use my smartphone to go on his email. he left his email on my phone and i forwarded the pics to my self (i know im stupid!) i know i shouldn't have done that and he told me that he would beat me up because of that. i dont know what to do now. i know he is stronger than me (we have physically fought before). so tell me what to do now and is he really my friend?

So the girl I like has been acting strangely. Like for a week she would be showing signs of liking me like flirting, touching me and holding my hand and telling me to pretend marry her(she even gave me her ring which I still have lol ) and she would text me often saying I love you and stuff. The next week she doesn't talk to me at all. Then the next week she hugs me and flirts with me at church, and I get a ride home with her, during the ride home she puts her head on my shoulder. I am confused does she like me or not and btw she is 2 years older than me (Idk if that makes a difference or not)

i have a droid incredible(first one) and in had water damage i have insurance for verizon i know that the droid incredible is at the end of life so i was wondering if verizon will give me a new phone?

I've been texting/talking to this girl for a while and I used to text her everyday saying good morning and whats up and stuff at first she would reply but then slowly she stopped texting me and she stopped talking to me too we have one class together and I see her in the halls sometimes we used to smile at each other but lately when she sees me she looks away even if I smile at her. Also I got my phone taken away for a week but I have it back now and my parents canceled my texting plan so I got text free I texted her saying "hey! this is (my name) I got my phone back! :)" I know she got the text because she asked me about it so why didn't she text back? So please help me I really like this girl. Also am I being clingy or worrying too much?
