    I am a girl who spends lots of time daydreaming.And i want to stop.I can do it, but i suffer because i like daydreaming.Is there any other girl here, in the same situation?Do you have a skype acount so we can talk sometimes about our common problem and struggle to stop it?.........I am 22 yo by the way.I feel very ashamed of my problem.

  • Insulting ourselves, VS others insulting us?

    I was wondering why people(myself included) don't feel bad when insulting themselves, but when someone else says the same insult to them they feel very bad?

    Is it because they don't really believe it when they insult themselves?
