Ok. Here's the deal. We moved to NC from ga and in the process lost some documents. One of them, my 5 year olds social security card. Needless to say I need it for certain things like to get his Medicaid.

well I went to the social security office in Raleigh and presented them with my sons birth certificate. As it turns they DONT accept that as a form of ID for a child. o_O

back when I was his age I was able to fly overseas with a birth certificate!!!

So the rude lady proceeds to tell me I need to present an insurance card or his shot records. Well I don't have insurance that's why I'm applying for Medicaid and I don't have his medical records cause his doctors office in ga wont release them to me unless I fork over $30 !!! Or they said they can send the records to a doctor for free here in NC but I DONT HAVE A DOCTOR CAUSE I NEED MEDICAID TO SEE ONE!!!!!!

Well now the only thing the social security place could do for me was give me a paper stating that "this social security number belongs to this child"

Here's my question!!!

Giving me that paper they've pretty much confirmed who my son is! After all its got his name and ss number on it. Well couldn't I just head back there and hand them that very paper that they gave me and tell them this is indeed my son please issue me a replacement?

I'm going through hell over accidently losing his card and he needs to be enrolled in school and for that he needs a well check up and shot records. Its a vicious loop!

Can someone please help??

As I said we are in NC id like someone who knows the system. Cant I this one time overcome this loop?

Couldn't I simply give them that paper back and claim its got my sons name and ss number. you people gave it to me. Therefore you have confirmed this is this child!

Would that not work?

She has a simple ringtone and ive searched and searched and it'd help if I had the name of it or if anything if I knew the kind of phone she has in the show. Id like the exact ringtone she has. Frequently heard whenever she has a call. Would also like the text tone but I'm mot gonna push it.
