I own an HP laptop and near the power button at the head of the keyboard, there are little touch-sensitive lights that I can use to control the volume, mute my computer, and disconnect it from the internet. Recently these controls aren't touch sensitive anymore, I touch them and they are completely unresponsive. Can anyone help me getting these devices back online?

I have a T-mobile phone and I bought some music on it. It says I can download that music to my computer if I go to my.t-mobile.com, but I don't know where to go on the website to download it. Can someone help me?
