My boyfriend and I were renting a room from a girl who we met through an ad she posted we were looking for a place needed something fast and reasonably priced. We moved in Feb 4th and this morning she pretty much chased us out of our apartment, she had no reason. She found a friend who was going to move in she mentioned that to us and asked if it'd be a problem if we moved rooms. It wasnt a problem we agreed all verbally there was no Written agreement since she was leasing this apartment, Im assuming she wanted nothing in writting to avoid loosing her lease. She came up with excuse after excuse to try to get us to move out things like if you dont find another room for the dog you have to leave. or I just dont know you I dont trust you. Or I went through your room and didnt like some things I saw you have 3 hours to move out or Your stuff will be gone. ( this was a text sent to me at 1am this morning!! ) We havent been there for a full month!

Can I ask for my rent for the month back considering she and her thug friends violently chased us out at 2am from our apartment? How do I make sure she gives us our stuff of remburses us for anything we end up loosing? How can I contact the police if she doesnt respect our rights written agreement or not? Can I contact the apartment manager to get them to force her to open the apartment for us to get our stuff? Need help!? I need my money back so I can find another place! and I want my belongings of course!!

Someone please tell me what I can do?

I've been causally taking methadone for about a month and a half. I was just wondering if methadone can effect your period. Last month my period was late and very light and this month im about a week and half late. I've been thinking I was pregnant. But then I started thinking about the methdone, and how much I've been taking it. I took one too many about two weeks ago and it made me really sick sick. I've researched if it to see if missed period could be a side effect. Turns out it is, but I was hoping to get your guys opinion and see if there are any personal experiences that can be shared.

I use to be on the birth control Nuvaring. I was on it for about 6 months. This month was my first month without it. Since my boyfriend and I split up, I didn't really see the reason I'd need it.

However my boyfriend and I still saw each other and were intimate. We had an accident, and the next afternoon I went to the pharmacy and got plan B. This was about 2 weeks ago.

I was expecting my period to come Tuesday. It came but it was mostly brown a little bit of red blood no cramping. I have used plan b before years ago, but my period came normal. This was my first time using the plan b one step though.

I may just be stressing about nothing, but I am stressing because I didn't get my full blown period, I've been told the brown blood may be implantation bleeding. So Im not sure if it's the mix of being off birth control and taking the plan b. Or if it's implantation.

Can someone give me some peace of mind? or some advice on what you think it may be. I know I should take a test and I will next week. If my period doesn't come full blown I will have to take one and go from there.

With the holiday season approaching, I find myself at a loss with christmas spirit toward a certain someone in my family, my sister.

Around this time not only is it christmas, it's my sisters birthday as well. In previous years my sister has never giving gifts or even acknowledged, mine or my husbands birthday nor my children's birthdays. Not that gifts are important to my children or my husband and I. But it would be nice just to be acknowledged. Since that's what we are expected to do for her on christmas and special occasions of her and her family, and she never lets ue forget when a special occasion is coming up.

What really hurt me this year and is most of the cause in my lack of christmas spirit.

This past June my eldest daughter graduated from high school my sister did not send a card did not call, or acknowledge at all that my daughter had graduated.

The week before I sent my nephew, her son. A card containing money and congratulating him on graduating.... from the EIGHTH GRADE! After being called by my sister all month long don't forget "SO and So's Graduation!"

If anything my daughter was hurt the most. While she received cards from family friends, she couldn't help but think these people who aren't even family care more than her only real aunt, who really is her family.

So please help me, what should I do? Tell my sister the truth, keep going on like nothing is wrong spending money on her for her birthday and christmas when she's never done the same for us. Help please.

So, back in Feb. my boyfriend cheated. I yahoo questioned what to do and everyone gave me all this advice. However, I did decide to stay with him. I honestly thought he would change. Things we're going great. Until July came around. It was random, one day I just got really upset. I was moody and could hardly look at my boyfriend. It was very strange because he had nothing wrong as far as I knew. For some reason, I wanted to check his phone. I never even think about checking his phone. I never did. The day went on and I just shrugged off these feelings. To cut to the chase, I couldn't help but check his email that night. And found pictures of a girl in her bra and underwear. I was devastated. I really thought things were getting better, and then this. We broke up for a little while and I was serious I didn't want to be with him. Days passed, once again to cut to the chase, we got back together.

We've been back together for a couple months now, and I'm so confused I don't know what to do.

I love my boyfriend. He was my first love. We've been together for 2 years. He's my high school sweetheart. I honestly thought I wanted to spend my life with him.

I've come to realize I'm not over what he did. And I'm not sure I'll ever be. I want to heal and make things work. But I just can't. I've built up enough strength a couple of times to break up. But it always ends in tears and apologies. And we never break up. I need out of this relationship. I just don't know how to end it because I love him so much. Every time I think about us not being together I cry. I'm not sure if the reason is because I love him and really want to be with him, or if I'm just insecure and want him so that I know I wont be lonely. regardless, I need out of this relationship. And I need to be able to move on, and not be depressed. Please help What can I do.

Listen, I know I'm dumb for taking him back twice. You don't have to tell me that. I need serious answers I'm just so lost. And at this point desperate for help. So please serious answers only.

I have the LG xenon. And for some reason my touch screen is not working. my mom and I both have ATT. but we are not on the same plan. I have unlimited texting on my phone and my mom does not. If I put my SIM card in my mothers phone will it charge my bill or my mothers?

SO I thought I understood this whole movie... until the end? I thought this movie was great but the fact that I was from being lost in the movie, to being able to understand... then being left lost with the ending.

Leo DeCap, spun the top and it went around in circles, he knew he wasn't dreaming. That it was real, But when he looked at his kids, they were dressed the same as they were in his memories, they hadnt aged! and when the camera looks back at the top, it spins how it would in a dream. I'm confused, So confused... i've confused myself typing this. Please help, its driving me crazy :)

So in season one or two. Emma's mother Spike has a baby, and they name him Jack...This child should be like 8 or 9 now? But not once have I ever seen this child? Like I never saw her nursing, in season 9 when Emma has her anorexia problems, I don't see a little 8 year old boy in the house? Did the writers make baby Jack and forget they wrote a baby part? I'm just so confused? Did they kill off baby Jack? And I just missed it? lol. Idk. Does anyone know?

So I was on seasoniqu for 6 months. Within 6 months I only had my period twice. Due to the BC. I stopped taking seasoniqu in June and got my last period June 6th, My boyfriend and I started using condoms but there were a couple of times we'd have sex for a little bit before he'd put on a comdom. Out of all the sex we had last month we only went unprotected about 3 times. I read in a book you cannot get pregnant from pre ***. But I know things can happen. And we had the unprotected sex on the days I was ovulating. I was suppose to get my period today and it never came. I'm feeling slight cramping but nothing I'm used to when I start.

I've been taking diet pills for two weeks. And I haven't lost weight I gain 3 pounds. My stomach is really stiff. And I'm very worried, I can't be pregnant! My parents would kill me! I'm too scared to take a test! :( So help!?

I've also been in alot of stress, I have been having problems with my boyfriend being unfaithful, which is one other reason I cannot bring his child into this world. I've been so stressed out about him, that my mouth has broken out in mouth blisters.

Could my delayed period be stress?

Today, Monday I'm having some light brown spotting, is this normal?

In the past when I've forgotten to take my birth control I never spotted.

My boyfriends coming over tonight tomorrow is our anniversary, but we both have to work tomorrow. So I want tonight to be super special! We've recently been going through a struggle and its been hard trying to get things back to normal.

I won't get into detail of how I found out he was cheating. To make it easy, I found out on myspace. They met on myspace, and have been talking for about a month, according to the "other girl." They have physically hung out twice. They both confessed to kissing the first time. And he also told her he loved her. And the second time, they made out and did "other things." But they both said they never had sex.

When I found out I broke up with him right then in there! For the next couple days, he kept calling and sending me messages begging me to take him back. They both said they hadn't talked to each other since the last time they hung out, Feb 26th.

We got back together, and have been together for a week today. Of course I don't trust him, and it's hard to forget what he did to me. I told him it was going to take a while for me to heal. And things were probably never going to be the same.

Now I feel like I'm stuck in a position I can't get out of. I love him we've been together for about a year.

Was it a mistake to go back with him? What do I do now? Should I just give it time? What should I do? ... Advice please.
