simply put: i am getting my first car soon, please list me the "best" first car options for someone that wants to spend under 7k, and why that option is the best. thanks!

hello! im turning 16 in a couple months and i am working hard to save up for my first car, i have a limit of around 6-7k total. i want a used car that wont cost to much for repairs, and insurance. gas isnt that much of an issue but i definitely prefer higher MPG.

even though i say i want low repair cost, i was still looking at the bmw 3 series, reason being is that they make such good quality parts, that if i buy one i figure i repair a part once for a higher cost then lets say a honda or nissan, but it lasts longer so in the long run its not much more expensive.

i was also looking at cars like the mazda 3, mitusbishi lancer, and nissan altima.

what are the best options in your guys opinions for a first car, i dont like things like 1990 civics because i want the car to look good.

I was wondering first of all if lets say later on in life me and my wife make together 200k, then how much money should we look for a house at the price of, now what if we make a total of 150k together then what price house should we look for? thanks! -nic

First off i must note that i am looking for a career that makes OVER 100k dollars a year.

Education is not a problem, although im not planning on becoming a doctor because 7-8 years od education after high school is a little to much for me. i am a very hard worker and i really want to live somewhere tropical when im older, living in a nice house in like cali or florida or hawaii. i really love the water. i want to live in like a 600k+ dollar house so obviously i need a spouse who makes alot of money too. what are jobs that make over 100 grand that are somewhat enjoyable, i dont want to wake up and dread going to my job. i would prefer an active job rather then an office job, but wherever the money is im there.

another thing i should note is i would love a career where i can somewhat control my hours, i want it to be flexible

please give me some career ideas, the positives and negatives of the career, how much money is made annually, and how many years of education is required

1.) how is it on gas?

2.) (Most importantly) how are repair costs on a maxima?

3.) how is insurance? (I know for a 16 year olds insurance is going to be rediculous anyway but i thought id throw it out there!)

im turning 16 soon, and im 5 foot 4 at the moment. i was wondering what peoples opinions are on little guys getting big trucks like an f-150. i know i shouldn't care about this but im just wondering. is it weird for a small guy to get a big truck? does it seem odd or what?

everything from construction workers, plumbers, electricians, who buys the land, who orders the house to be built, who designs the house? etc...

what job is it when you buy land order houses to get built on that land that you have recently bought? then once the house is built you hire electricians, plumbers etc. to finish off the house, then get a real estate agent to sell it? what is this career called?
