simply wanting to teach

So I got a sew in recently and I decided to leaved out a section of my hair in the front. My hair matches the weave pretty well but the only thing is, after I flat iron the hair in the morning my hair frizzes up abt an hour later. The flat iron I use is pretty good. My friend says my hair frizzes becuz of the humidity. My is, how can I decrease or eliminated the frizz after flat ironing my hair?

So I want to redo a sew in but my funds are low and I want to reuse the hair...the weave I bought-remi goddess- still looks nice...my question is, should I take out the weave from my head and wash it seperately or should I wash it while its in my head b4 having it resown in my head

I am a certified teacher and have been applying to jobs for the last year and have had no luck yet. I have sent my resume and customized my cover letter according to each grade I am applying for. I understand that the economy is not the best right now so I guess I'm asking what do principals really look for in a job applicant before an interview is scheduled. So far I have emailed a short message in an email with my resume and a cover letter to each principal but have not gotten a call back. If there is any advice you can give me I would greatly appreciate it.

I need to know the correct term for a math concept. Unfortunately I am having a hard time explaining what it is but it deals with adding 3 digit numbers but by using "symbols." As a tutor I taught this concept to a second grader. I will explain how I address the concept: The student was to identify a number based on its picture. For this I used sticky notes; one whole square for one hundred, I cut the sticky note into long pieces to represent the number of tens then I cut one of the tens pieces into small squares to represent the number that was in the ones place. For example if the number was 347, I would put 3 whole sticky notes( three is in the hundred's place), 4 long pieces (for the tens place) and 7 small squares (for seven in the ones place)

I am a recent college graduate with a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies. I have passed all of my certification tests (Generalist EC- Sixth Grade) and am in the process of looking for a job.
