BB cream is the most flawless looking makeup I've ever used but I think it has caused my acne to worsen. Before I started using it I always used bare minerals, but that doesn't give as great of coverage and also seems to cause my skin trouble.

I wish I could go for a month without any makeup to let my acne heal, but like most people, I'm pretty busy and want to look 'fresh' when I go out.
