Every time i go down a staircase, especially the ones in subways, supermarkets when i look down its like the stairs are larger than they really are, i have 20/20 vision so its not my eyes could this be vertigo.

For the past couple of weeks i have been feeling really tired, i sleep and want to keep on sleeping, i work in an office so i am not doing manual work, i dont really take any vitamins but i feel zapped, any suggestions on what might help.

I have a friend who works, but has to drink about 6 cans of stella a night, it would be double that at the weekend, i have tried to tell him that he is ruining his body but will not listen, he is only 34 years old but has been doing this since he was 14, any ideas to help.
