I'm a senior in high school and can't wait to begin the experience of college next year. I've been a member of my school's cross-country and track teams for all four years and played basketball for two years. I always try to lighten the mood with humor whether good or bad in order to avoid awkward situations. I spend most of my time with friends and have a bit of a geeky obsession with history which they always bring up. I love girls who aren't afraid to be themselves, athletic but not overly masculine, and can get along with people in any situation.
Can someone try to explain this?
I got a text message but the only info on who sent said "one" and you could either retrieve it or reject it, something I haven't seen before. Also the type was all in pink and there was a listed expiration date for the message. My phones connectivity problems wouldn't allow me to retrieve the text in order to read or see anything.
1 AnswerCell Phones & Plans10 years agoHow many days should I run during the winter in preparation for track?
I ran the 800m in track last year but I'm going to double up and run the 1600 and the 800 this year as well as the 3200m at least once. My PR for the 800m was 2:06 last year. My base training in the summer for cross-country peaked around 50 miles per week. Hope this helps

4 AnswersRunning10 years agoCan someone detail a good winter training plan for track?
Please try to be as specific as possible in regard to the types of training runs, corresponding days to do them, and overall mileage. I'm a junior in high school and ran the 800m last year(PR was 2:05) and I'm thinking about doubling up this year running both the 800 and 1600.
3 AnswersRunning10 years agoWhat is a good training plan for the last four weeks in the cross country season?
Please try to be as specific as possible in your response. Try to include the types of workouts, corresponding days to do them, mileage, etc. My PR for the 5k is 17:20 which I ran the first race of the season, but so far I've been unable to break that. I'm aiming to run low 17's at the same course my PR was on in three weeks and qualify for the state meet. Any help would be much appreciated.
