If I can afford to buy a used car £5-6k, is there any reason to consider going down the finance route (new or used) instead? 25 y/o 1st car?
I don't know too much about car finance. Is it only really useful for those unable to buy new/used or are there good deals out there which may be of interest to me?

1 AnswerSoftware6 years agoDid I kill my electric razor?
I accidentally plugged my razor in earlier with the wrong charger. After realising it was the wrong one I got the correct charger, plugged it in and it made a whiny noise (still does when plugged in). Now my razor won't work with/without the charger. :-(
The wrong charger was 15V whereas the correct one's 12V

4 AnswersMilitary8 years agoBest headset for Xbox mw2?
I play MW2 (SND) and am looking to get a headset. Thinking of buying:
X12 Xbox 360 Headset - EU (on amazon).
Price-wise I'm not looking to spend too much as I only really play during weekends.
Any suggestions?
3 AnswersXbox8 years agoSore along front of shin bone?
I recently started a new (temporary) job which involves a lot of walking in safety boots on a concrete surface. I've been getting some pain along the front of my shin...when walking it's really sore closer to the ankle area (do a few toe raises -- it's that part of the shin) . When sitting here with my leg extended I can only feel some soreness, somewhat like a bruise/ache, higher up on the shin.
Shin splints? I tried my new safety trainers yesterday and while there was an improvement (compared to heavier safety boots) the soreness was still there. It tends to flare up towards the last couple of hours of work which is from 2pm-9.45pm. I do get shin splints easily from running (inner shin).

3 AnswersOther - Food & Drink8 years agoQuestion about Paypal?
I have 2 Paypal accounts. One of them is unverified with no financial info on there. If I was to transfer the money from the unverified one to my main one, what would happen if someone tried to chargeback their payment (from the unverified one with £0)? Would the money be taken back from the main account?
Just trying to understand how Paypal works as I'm new to this.

Got presentation to give for Uni in 3 weeks, plan on having small amount of vodka beforehand. I don't usually drink so I don't know how much I'd need for it to calm me but not to make me drunk. Bought 20cl bottle earlier...would 1/3 of the bottle be about right? I am bulking at the moment so I'm not sure whether all the food I eat will soak it up...gonna have a test run in a couple of days time.
