My natural hair has brassy tones that I can't stand. In the past when I've had my hair lightened the stylist has used toner on me. My natural hair is dark blonde with red/brassy tones. I've used purple and blue shampoo for awhile and that hasn't helped. Would getting a toner from a beauty supply store work better, and are there any you would recommend?

I am driving to Chicago from Indiana (about a 3 hour drive) and will be attending a concert that evening. Having never been to Chicago, I need some pointers on how/ where to park my car and a cheap hotel for the night (preferably a short distance outside the city). Can anyone offer any tips for travel/parking/lodging in the Chicago area?

Also, if it helps, the concert is located at the House of Blues on Dearborne St...

I live in southern Indiana in the city and I found a spider on my window today that absolutely scared

me to death. I am concerned it could be poisonous and am wondering if it's likely there are more of them in the house.

The spider is light brown and about half an inch long. It's legs are as long as its body. The body looks pear shaped or round and is quite big.

Does anyone have any idea what spider this could be?

I had a very very small part of my toenail removed about 3 months ago and it is completely healed. Do you think it would be ok to get a pedicure at this time? I would just feel awkward explaining to them...but it will take the nail 9 months to completely grow back and I don't really want to go that long without a pedicure :P

After years and years of problems I am finally being talked into a tonsillectomy. I was wondering though, is it possible or ideal to remove the tonsils while they are very swollen and painful? Mine are the worst they have ever been currently and I'm in a lot of pain. Experiences or answers please!

I got my first tattoo ever 4 days ago on my foot. I have been caring for it diligently and had no swelling and overall a perfect experience. I know not to scratch or pick but today I accidentally bumped into a chair leg and it scratched off a layer of skin! It's in the peeling stage but it was somewhat deep and hurts a little. What should I do, and will there be any permanent damage? :/

I'm going to be getting Invisalign in a couple weeks and would like to hear opinions on them. Do they hurt? Are they noticable? How they worked for you (ect.)

I have my older iPod that has over 1,000 songs on it and would like to put some on my iPod touch.

Whenever I try to move the music from the iPod itself's library to my current library linked to the touch, it shows a little crossout sign indicating that I cannot move it anywhere, not even to a new folder on my desktop.

I am getting a fairly large tattoo of "Believe" in cursive on my back/shoulder area.

I know that I want the text itself black but I dont know what color would look good behind it to make it pop more.
