How are people addicted to nicotine ? I used to smoke because I liked the buz and I felt relaxed a different buz from being high and drunk just a relaxed mood I used to smoke everyday I would always limit my self no more than 3 a day as I didn’t want to create a big addiction but I can quit whenever I feel like it currently I haven’t smoked in a 2 years but if I were to smoke again I can quit the next day if I wanted to while others just simply can’t ? Why is it is it more of a mental thing where people think they need it ? The way I quit is by just stopping and throwing anything nicotine related away 

So I was about 175ish 12-14%  body fat and I’m 5’10 21 years old I work out everyday 2 hours a day bodybuilding and so the thing is now I’m 161-165ish I weigh less but I look much bigger and more cut I don’t only look bigger I am bigger physically.. how is this possible?? Right now I’m sitting at 11-13ish % body fat
