I've worked there for a year now and I have to say working there has been a very bad experience. I was going to leave without a 2 weeks notice but I was going to leave a letter before I had to work stating I will not be coming in anymore.

Because I have felt uncomfortable with use of the N word used towards me(I'm the only black girl there and every one else is white) and I have told the managers but they just said that it's just a curse word. Their smoking meth in bathrooms and doing drug deals. I think Mcdonads is the place for me so should I be nice and give a 2weeks or just hand them a letter saying I'm quitting?

Kinda left it plugged in the wall for like ever and I took it out. Well, I tried charging my laptop to make sure it still works and it does but it just doesn't have its usual blue light it shows when it's plugged in. IS IT GOING OUT?

My mom is 40 years old (she's a widow) and she recently became a CNA and now she is trying to go out for something else higher than that. She owns her own home,car, and she just has a lot of things going on with herself. And she's not a bad looking woman at all by all means, she's always coming home with some guys number. She has a crazy boyfriend...

(age 45) He owns nothing but his dirty clothes and the money he gets from his illegal activities. He doesn't like to work unless my mom has to fuss and rant at him about things going on in our house (Trash, Lawn,...etc) and he does not live with us. He lives in a old abandon house his brother was suppose to fix. It has no carpet and it stays freezing cold all the time(He has cable TV also ). His house mate is a dog. And he cheated on my mom multiple of times (even with a young girl half my age! ) He even gets mad at her for going to work and yells at her when she tells him about her day at work. He is a huge liar ! And even skipped out on spending the holidays (Christmas, New Years, and Valentines) with her.

I seen my mom cry and argue over this man so many times its getting kind of old. Eleven years is a little bit too long. She's very lovesick over this guy and gets mad at me(and other people) when I say something bad about him and tries to bring me down about things going on with my life. And that all I need to do is listen to her problems and just say okay.

Advice?
