My proposed synthesis is not the same as the one in my professor's key, but I'm aware that there are many ways to do this, and would like to check mine.

1) Protonate one ethyne fully with Pd/C to create ethane.

2) Add Br2 with heat in radical addition to create bromoethane.

3) Use NaNH2 on another ethyne to create an acetylide ion.

4) Combine the acetylide with bromoethane to create 1-butyne

5) Use lindlar catalyst to create 1-butene

6) Use BH3 and H2O in hydroboration, resulting in 1-butanol.

I ordered my glasses online, and mixed up the Cylinder (astigmatism) with right and left.

My right eye has -4.25 sphere and -.25 cylinder

My left eye has -3.75 and -.5 cylinder, however, i got the cylinder mixed up for the two lens (so left has -.25 and right has -.5) . Will this affect my vision strongly in any way?
