Calories/macros for healthy weight (muscle) gain?
I am a 22 year old guy, 5 ft. 7 in. tall, and I weigh 136.5 pounds. I am trying to bulk up but I am afraid of getting too fat. I lift weights 4-5 days a week.
Anyways, these are the macros I am currently following:
Calories: 2700-2800
Protein: 165 - 178 grams
Fat: 71 - 82 grams
Carbs: 322 - 362 grams
Does this seem OK?

The skin on my hands is turning orange and people are beginning to notice. My doctor says it's from eating a lot of betacarotene and vitamin A. I eat lots of fruits and vegetables, usually with every meal. I don't want to have to stop eating them in order to cure my orange skin.
How can I reduce my intake of beta carotene and vitamin A but still continue to eat well?

I'm a 21 year old guy, 5'8" tall and weigh 143 pounds. I leg press 750, squat 300, bench 202.5 and deadlift 365. I am very strong for my size, but why don't I look like I lift despite always busting my a** in the gym? I'm very lean and "toned" but I want to get the muscle size to go with the strength. By no means do I look out of shape, but I just think I am too small and want to get bigger. So why don't I look like I lift?

I came home from college to visit my family this weekend, and my mom got home from work at 7:30. We are having salmon, rice & beans, steamed broccoli, and salad, and by the time we eat it will be after 9:00pm. Is that bad? I usually go lift around 9am and eat about 1 to 1.5 hours beforehand.I usually wake up starving so I eat a lot in the morning. So is this a good pre workout breakfast: bowl of oats, 1 egg + 2 egg whites, a banana, a few almonds and a glass of milk. OR oats mixed with whey protein, 3 egg whites and some fruit or Greek yogurt with honey.

I am trying to gain weight (healthfully) with as least fat gain as possible. I'm a 21 year old guy, 5'8" and 135 pounds. The My Fitness Pal app says I need 2,820 calories a day to gain weight (282g carbs, 94g fat, and 212g protein.) I don't know how accurate that is. Anyways, today I've been really busy with school and work, and I'm only at 1,420 calories today so far and won't get another chance to eat until later. Will eating a large snack to meet my calorie goal shortly before bedtime make me fat??? I know I will lose weight if I don't meet my maintenance level, which I haven't even done yet.
