Other than Portland, I don't see any teams capable of offering enough to get him away from LA. And Portland recently said they have little interest in him. So I'm curious why some people say he could be leaving, when it doesn't look like there's a place that would welcome him for the money he's asking for.

When I'm playing on Xbox Live and the gamertags come up for the list of players in a match, I'm ranked as a commander. However, when I look in my actual profile I'm listed as a grade-3 lieutenant. Is there an explanation/reason for this that I don't know about?

Bear in mind that I'm pretty much computer illiterate; I just clicked and dragged the MP4 videos onto my memory card, since i was told that was the format you needed. Is there some kind of converter I need for it that I don't know about?
