  • How do I get rid of embarrassing dark and patchy underarms? Any females reading this please let me know if you have the same issue?

I'm 15, almost 16 and I used to shave my underarms but it would always hurt afterwards and leave me with red bumps and if I shaved at night, it would have grown back to stubble by the next morning!! I had even worse dark underarms then, so I changed to waxing, I do this myself and before anybody cringes and says 'you really should go to somebody professional' I know I should, but I've been doing this a while now and I have been using my Veet Spa Wax which I absolutely love!! My underarms have gotten a bit better since then. I also have a mixture of very dark brown hair and pale skin which really does not help the matter.. I use a roll on aloe Vera Vaseline deoderent because I read that a spray deoderent is worse for your underarms. I have also tried rubbing slices of lemon in the area, and cucumber because I read something about the natural juices, but this really is not I want to be doing.. I was just wondering if there are any other methods? Or creams that I could use? And what could be causing this?

Can somebody help me describe this art?

I need to describe artwork by Alisa Wilcher, but I just don't have a clue where to start! I've attached an image with some examples of her work, can anybody please help me get started? Even if it's just a sentence to get me going? Thanks!

  • I need serious help:( I'm 15 and I want to go into dance teaching but my fitness levels are awful!! I am also not good at eating healthily!?

I'm 15 and really want to become a dance teacher, this means that I will be teaching one class a week by the time that I am 16. I weigh just over 8 1/2 stone and am about 5 foot 3" tall. Your probably thinking that I'm a perfectly normal weight, which I know I am! I just know that I am capable of losing a little bit of it so it's not so awkward when wearing tight leotards and other dance costumes. But healthy, strong dancers are all muscle and don't have slightly podgy bellies and wobbly thighs, I eat a lot of junk food; as in McDonald's, KFC, Pizza, etc. I'm also not good at getting into routine, I've tried so many times to do a workout every day (with some rest days) because I'm not strong and can barely do a push up, my arms are the weakest, even though I really need to work on everything. I'm better at working at my flexibility than my strength, but I still need to work at that too! I need to find a way or forcing myself out of bad eating habits and not excercising enough, but when I've tried it before I've probably carried it on for less than a week and then forgotten about it and gone back to before! It's really getting me down now because I can see how other people are progressing and I'm falling behind simply because I'm just lazy. I've tried running but it really hurts my knees and when I went to my physiotherapist he said that he thinks I'm doing too much dance, I never went to see him again. Anybody who knows anything about this please help me?:( Thank you!
