I met a guy online a year ago, he's from a different country. We talked a lot, we became close and developed some feelings for each other. I was wary of the situation and even told him so but I made plans to go see him after a couple months. We agreed, I went, he disappeared. I couldn't find him anywhere. He hadn't given me his phone number, so I left without seeing him. As I got back he said that he got cold feet. He still refused to give me his phone number and refused to Skype. Anyway, I got upset, stopped contact. After a couple of months we started talking again, he said I don't deserve him but he has feelings for me, it won't amount to anything and he's scared if we have more contact like speaking on the phone he will fall harder for me. I know how these sound, but the thing is whenever I neglect emailing to him he emails me more, I tried cutting contact, he says he can't let me go and he misses me. But he can't give me a relationship. I have no clue what he thinks and feels?
