Can I demand to see the purchase/sale agreement when my mortgage is sold?... If I owed late fees to the initial mortgage holder, why would I owe them to the new holder?... There were no late payments made to this new mortgage holder... Is all this spelled out in the mortgage sale paperwork, and do I have legal access to it?... Thank you very much for your time...

I have a 2002 4runner and is at that mileage where the timing belt should be replaced... I am also replacing the water pump and all drive belts... But, should I replace the hydraulic belt tensioner also?... I have a tool that let's me change the timing belt without removing a/c compressor, or having to remove the tensioner... Just wondering if there are any expert opinions on this, because I don't know if there are usually problems with the tensioner... Thanks in advance to all thoughtful responses...
