I was kind of sad today that I couldn't hang out with my girlfriend today but like I started to get reallllly upset and I just wanted to be left alone and I broke down. I feel better now, and there was no reason for me to act so upset and depressed, but I did anyway. I mean, I looked up what bipolar was and it said people have occurring symptoms and whatnot, but this is like the first time for me. It also said bipolar people tend to be extremely happy at points or like irritated. I mean there are times I'm in a better mood just because and I do get irritated easily, but it hardly ever effects me. and it isn't that often. Can someone please help me? I just don't know if I'm bipolar or maybe I'm just really stressed or what. If it helps I'm 16 years old

I like to listen to hard rock, metal, and all sorts of other rock genres. I was wondering if their were any bands that sound like Rag Against The Machine, with rap metal influences and Tom Morello style of playing.
