My little guy has his 6-month checkup on Thursday, but I was just curious now...how much solids and formula did you give your children per day at this age? I am sometimes concerned I am not feeding him enough solids some days and too much on others. Just seeing how many servings you think are appropriate and how many bottles you give/gave your kiddos each day at this age. Thanks! :)

I have an issue I think. lol Ever since our son was born in December, I have resisted and avoided sex to a ridiculous extent because I panic about getting pregnant again right away (even using birth control). Our son was a surprise and I feel like I'm just bracing myself for another surprise for no reason all the time. We would love to have another baby, but not right now. Financially we want to be in a better place and move into a bigger house. I take pregnancy tests weekly even though I'm on birth control (will be doing the Mirena thing next week) just because I have dreams about being pregnant again all the time too. I know it's a problem because it's putting a huge damper on our sex life....but just wondering if anybody else felt like this?

I know you should buy new...so I don't need a lecture on that. We are planning on getting a new one in July or August. We are very tight on our budget just this month and our 5 month old little man just grew over the height limit of his carseat. I found people selling used convertible carseats on Craiglist for a decent price that I can afford right now...do you think it's too risky to buy used? Serious opinions only please.

Hello all! Ryan and I are having a difficult time deciding on a prospective baby boy name. We have decided not to find out the sex and be surprised, so we have the girl name selected: Scarlett Katherine Marie Bennett (two middle names after out grandmothers). As far as a name for a boy we are constantly disagreeing.

Ryan likes Calvin, Jonathan, Casey, and some other ridiculous options like Optimus Prime. lol

I like Cameron, Xavier, Rhett, and Darwin.

Most likely a boy would have the middle names Frederick Joseph after our grandfathers.

Any favorites or suggestions?? :) Thank you!
