  • Apostrphes?

This is going to sound pedantic, but why to people on the Internet have such difficulty using apostrophes? So often when reading a piece of text and I see something like this "Craig;#23!'s" rather than "Craig's". I'm honestly bewildered at this O_o

  • Was I the one not being sensitive enough, or was she being ridiculous.?

My last girlfriend broke up with me a while back, telling me she thought we weren't really heading anywhere and that she thought I was into her more than she was into me. I took it well at face value, but still a rather crushed. So I go to a flat party at my student accommodation, get drunk and flirt/kiss an attractive girl at there.

My ex and I were still going out as friends with friends, general staying in good terms stuff. Then about six days after she dumped me, sends me a text saying she wants to talk to me. Later that day I go to her flat where she tells me her flatmate told her about my flirting at the party and talks about how "usually" you wait a while....the usual stuff. But I told her that's only true if you're the one who's done the dumping. If you're the one who's been dumped, getting drunk and flirting is rather standard no matter how short it's been.

My question is, was I supposed to be sensitive and look for some kind of underlying problem she didn't want to address directly (way too late to do now) or was she being ridiculous about my behavior?
